Delete I can't find anything about him. Most of the refs are from allmusic, which isn't a RS. I looked at the Reuben awards -- first, Lemon has been nominated but has never won; second, while he is a member of the National Cartoonists Society, there are many levels of membership, including for those who are only occasional cartoonists, so being a member doesn't confer notability.
