Fails WP:NJOURNALS. As far as I can tell, this is a predatory journal, effectively cited nowhere. It lists fake impact factors (CiteFactor), advertises basic things like ISSN Portal (which is just saying you have an ISSN) as a citation service, claims to be in Scopus, but isn't. The list goes on.
