Keep, seems properly sourced, and there is a little bit of sourced background information. If it’s not possible to gather more information about this person outside of the charges, then it can be moved to whatever this case is called – perhaps Nagarwala case – with this title as a redirect. Delete: BLP issues, and that Wikipedia is not a current news reporting vehicle. There are names of people in the article, other than the subject, and there is not enough in reliable sources to just "splash names out there".
