Delete. Lower-ranking soldier who does not meet WP:NSOLDIER. Original research and uncited sources with plenty of unencyclopedic anecdotes. Sources cited are not significant in any way. Looks like the article creator has a close connection to the subject, although he has made good contributions to some other articles.
