• Merge to Satellite Collective. The references I checked are trivial mentions and all related to the collective. GNG not established. There's an obvious promotional effort going on here, which may be about creating a Kevin Draper themed WP:WALLEDGARDEN. I just went though and removed the hyped statements and the refs that did not support the claims. There's not much to say about Kevin Draper that is not already said in the Satellite collective article. What remains in the Draper article is all abotu the satellite collective. Changing to Delete.
