Delete. Given the confusion and lack of secondary sources to corroborate the claim in this article. The author(s) did not realized that the term "Komar is short for Kanyā Kumāri." Moreover, "The place Kanyakumari has derived its name from the Sanskrit ‘kumari’ which means a virgin, one of the names of the goddess Durga, the presiding deity of the place. It is a variation of 'komar.'" See also, here. This topic should be ideal for historical research, in other words, for original research WP:OR, but not for Wikipedia. Den... Delete seems to be nonsense, right from its creation. I've never been able to find anything that even supports the existence of this community, let alone the claimed connection to the Domar (caste). I've also got no idea why 1913 should be a significant date: most modern-age "creations" of castes can be traced to designations in censuses, which would have meant 1911 or 1921 in India - see Census of India prior to independence for some background on this. - Sitush (talk) 04:26, 18 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Delete -- That they are not Komarpants, most of the hits about social/caste groups named with Komar is pretty dis-countable. Among the ones that remain, I locate that a caste with the very same name from the state of Orissa had been enumerated in the list of backward classes by the Mandal Commission and another trivial mention in a ethnographic study of a district of Orissa.But, GNG is not met and by a mile.∯WBG^converse 05:54, 18 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]
