Yet another covert upe WP:ADMASQ created by the same editor on a non notable magazine. This particular UPE article is very much interesting because it serves as a bedrock/foundation for other UPE articles created by the same user. The magazine lacks in-depth significant coverage in reliable sources independent of them.
