The result was keep. I see a consensus to keep, even preceding the prior relist. As such, I am closing this as keep. Keep the article isn't great, but it isn't blatantly promotional either. There is enough coverage even without considering the funding-announcement press releases. Walt Yoder (talk) 04:48, 24 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Keep: I wouldn't agree the nominator on taking this article through AFD. The grammar and other minor copyediting should be addressed.
