This is a mostly unsourced spin off from the Doom Patrol article. Wikipedia implores us to not immediately split articles if the new article would meet neither the general notability criteria nor the specific notability criteria for their topic. There is nothing here to preserve that isn't covered at the main article (not to mention other villain group articles like Brotherhood of Evil or Brotherhood of Dada).
