The aerials say that this is a smallish property which currently consists of a residence, a barn, and a shed, but before the 1980s had a different set of buildings and a corral. That's all I can find out about the place, as searching produces mountains of clickbait and false hits, especially the supposed etymology of the name of the state. - Delete GNIS ID 31128 ([1]) is for an actual spring by this name, approximately 800 feet away (one of 4 actual springs in Coconino County with that name). According to the County property database, the area is a 60-acre single-owner parcel with a 1300sqft house and another 600sqft building. MB 14:57, 14 November 2022 (UTC)
