The subject does not have multiple SIGCOV coverages from reliable secondary sources, hence failing to meet WP:GNG. Additionally, the subject is not an elected member, thus failing to meet WP:NPOL. According to sources, he is a “Special Assistant to the Chief Adviser” who will handle the “Education Ministry” until the Bangladeshi interim government ends. Technically, they have the powers of State Ministers, as source also confirm that they will receive the salary, allowances, and benefits of a State Minister.
