The coverage (references, external links, etc.) does not seem sufficient to justify this article passing Wikipedia:General notability guideline and the more detailed Wikipedia:Notability (fiction) requirement. WP:BEFORE did not reveal any significant coverage on Gnews, Gbooks or Gscholar. All sources are PRIMARY, article is pure PLOT/list of appearances. FANCRUFT. Delete a minor character who only appeared in a few issues. Sources do not pass GNG. Rhino131 (talk) 04:00, 2 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Delete - The antagonist of only a single storyline, who does not appear to have significant coverage in reliable sources. There are a few mentions of him, but these do not go beyond some brief plot summaries. The fact that one of these brief plot summaries is in a top ten list of the most "forgettable" villains of the 90's kind of shows the non-notability of the character.
