Does not meet WP:GNG. Only the most successful of film producers tend to be notable, and based on this article, the subject would barely meet WP:NDIRECTOR had he directed the movies that he was a producer for (as a producer, there is no subject specific guideline other than WP:ANYBIO). • Keep/move - I will update and add more details to the article, Shivakumar is a producer who has mostly engaged in dubbed films, but now is producing both telugu and tamil films.
