Deleted in 2007, recreated in 2012. While technically not G4 eligible, this attempt addresses none of the problems from the original AfD. Delete Per WP:NOPAGE and WP:GNG. There is essentially no article, it's just a claimed record and a list of years he moved or got a new job etc. Of the three sources in the article, one is a GRG list which does nothing to prove notability, and two are mere WP:ROUTINE local feature articles. There is no policy that "the oldest x" is notable or entitled to an article. His age, life dates, nationality and record are already variously recorded on five different lists, where they are easier to view, so this permanent WP:PERMASTUB is not needed.
