This is allegedly a species of bee, but I can't find any convincing evidence online that it exists. Most sources that do mention it say "Megachile relata is a species of bee in the family Megachilidae. It was described by Smith in 1879," which is the page's own text. • Speedy keep I think you may have missed out on some obvious databases there. It is present in BioLib [1], CoL [2], and ITIS [3], with no indication of invalid status.
