No evidence of passing WP:PROF. Work of WP:SPAs. Subject is the editor of a journal published by Allied Academies, a company credibly identified as fraudulent. That undermines the editorship as a claim to notability. Guy (Help!) 23:05, 18 November 2017 (UTC)
