Fails WP:EVENTCRIT/WP:BIO1E (same way we apply WP:VICTIM in subjects only known for their death.) The article is sourced to a bunch of news coverage in November 2008 over a two week period. No indication of lasting significance in WP:SUSTAINED or WP:DIVERSE sources.
