Wikipedia articles about musicians must satisfy the relevant requirements for inclusion: to get their own article, a musician must receive independent coverage in reliable sources, or demonstrate significance by winning major awards, being played in national rotation, etc. My searches (web, books, newspaper archive, Ugandan top music lists) found no independent coverage, only informal bios written by the artist himself.
