Fails WP:AUTHOR and WP:GNG. Article, once speedy deleted as spam, is written by an SPA COI account who previously identified as User:Aanish Ayaz, the subject. He is a 16-year-old who self-published through lulu.com. Sources include self-published articles (e.g. [1] and a lack of significant reliable coverage.
