Delete. His junior-level awards (even if verifiable) are not enough for WP:PROF. Google scholar finds two other people named Muhammad Ayub, an Australian geneticist and a Pakistani economist, but inadequate citations for his mathematical works on fluid dynamics (which, relative to some other areas of mathematics, is not a low-citation topic).
