• Speedy keep: Clearly passes WP:NPOL that states
  Politicians and judges who have held international, national, or (for countries with federal or similar systems of government) state/province–wide office, or have been members of legislative bodies at those levels.[12] This also applies to people who have been elected to such offices but have not yet assumed them. • Keep per above—member of a state legislature in a federal nation-state passes NPOL. Not a speedy keep though because the nomination does provide a rationale and indicates sustained attention to the article. Recommend withdrawal, though, per some flurries I see in the air.
