This page appears to be highly contrived or synth, if not mainly OR as a topic. The sources that are readily accessible do not appear to use the term that is the page's title, and the page reads like an essay on what its creator thought should be a topic, rather than what the sources say is a topic. • Keep and cleanup, maybe WP:TNT. Valid historical term, your mileage may vary on contemporary usage. I think this term probably means Ottoman Empire Muslim privilege under the millet system, where it indeed was a real thing[1][2] It's certainly not racist because it's not about race but religion and social status, isn't it? • Delete. The Google Book, News and Scholar searches do not suggest that this is much of a thing, at least, not under this name. The hits are mostly talk of privilege hierarchies among and within various Muslim communities, which is not what this article is about. Of the references used, many of the publicly accessible ones do not contain the term or even the word "privilege". I'm sure that something of this sort does exist in some majority Muslim countries, and has done so in the past, but I'm not sure that this is what it is called. The whole thing seems like Original Research. I'm not saying it is necessarily wrong, but we can't do Original Research here. --DanielRigal (talk) 18:36, 6 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

  Delete; there undoubtedly is discrimination against minorities in Muslim countries but I have never heard of the term "Muslim privilege" in my life. Its certainly not a "valid historical term" as another voter here says.

  What is article did is basically invent the concept of "Muslim privilege" and then added stuff about historical religious discrimination which is basically present everywhere in history. In other words, do we say that Christians in Christian-majority countries had "Christian privilege"? No, of course not. Omnis Scientia (talk) 11:39, 11 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
