Article, tagged as unreferenced since 2009 without ever seeing a titch of improvement, about an award. As always, awards are not automatically presumed notable just because their self-published websites verify that they exist; they need to show enough reliable source coverage to clear WP:GNG and WP:ORGDEPTH.
