Article was created in 2005 by an editor who has not hung around. There was an addition in 2006 and a further addition in 2013 which adds little of meaning. This appears to have started out as an essay, or at least as the start of an essay, and has not progressed. It is unreferenced, an orphan, and of no discernible (to me) purpose.
