Non-notable newspaper, coverage is mostly related to its founder, Zahid Malik. Fails WP:NCORP. I suggest to delete this article and then redirect to The Bangladesh Observer which was once a notable newspaper known as Pakistan Observer in Pakistan but was later renamed after East Pakistan independence.
