No evidence found for a "Parasadi Estate". The source given states "made their clan centre at Parasadi", nothing more. Similar claim here. There are no sources of you combine "Parasadi" with "Kunal Prasad" (given in the infobox as the location of it)[1]. As it stands, the article is unverifiable.
