Does not pass WP:GNG/WP:BIO. Previous nomination ended in keep essentially because multiple users said WP:ILIKEIT and assumed that Norton WP:INHERITS notability from the projects he has worked on.   @Boredathome101: are you suggesting that he "Has had significant roles in multiple notable films, television shows, stage performances, or other productions" and that the television shows in question are The Screen Savers (previously nominated for deletion with no consensus), Systm (a redirect), HD Nation (another redirect), and Tekzilla (never undergone an AfD, but has had multiple instances of its notability questioned on its talk page and edit history)?
