- Delete. As an unsuccessful candidate he does not pass WP:POLITICIAN and I can't find evidence that he passes WP:PROF. —David Eppstein (talk) 18:15, 1 August 2017 (UTC)
- Delete. Non-winning candidates for political office don't pass WP:NPOL just for being candidates, but the only sources present here for his work as a professor are his own self-published c.v. on the website of the institution where he's a professor — primary sources that cannot assist notability at all.
