Delete other than the Huffington Post fluffy piece, I came up empty in searching. Even if Phoebe were notable, she's dead by now, bless her heart.

Delete. As Elmidae said, a lot of puff pieces. It looks like the last AfD made the mistake of equating sources existing with WP:GNG. That isn't WP:SIGCOV even when an entire article in a source is focused on the subject. That's more in the human interest story side of newspapers that's much more WP:INDISCRIMINATE that serious lasting impact and [WP:SUSTAINED]] coverage.
