- Delete - There is nothing in the article to suggest that this is anything other than a routine property development and it does not have the sort of notability required for an article of its own. Dunarc (talk) 22:45, 12 May 2023 (UTC)
- Delete: There is perhaps more that could be said around the whole area regeneration (Granton Waterfront regeneration, etc.) but coverage such as this doesn't demonstrate the specific notability of this particular property development. AllyD (talk) 06:55, 13 May 2023 (UTC)
