Filmmaker and composer fails WP:FILMMAKER and WP:BASIC, no/very little coverage in reliable sources. The subject never created a movie, he/she only is planning one (in the article: "Dakbaksho"; no reliable sources or even self-published ones mention this planned movie; Wikipedia is not a crystal ball).
