- Comment: This business appears to have been acquired by Target Healthcare during 2021: [1][2]. (The acquirer is distinct from Target Healthcare REIT, so that is not a ATD target.) Prior to that Quantum was acquired by Clinigen, another company with no article, in 2017 [3]. AllyD (talk) 17:35, 26 December 2022 (UTC)
SoftWeak keep I've stripped out most of the unreferenced details in the article, and added some new references. It still needs more work, but I believe it has enough for basic notability. -- LCU ActivelyDisinterested ∆transmissions∆ °co-ords° 22:29, 29 December 2022 (UTC)- Updated to Keep given improvements to article. -- LCU ActivelyDisinterested ∆transmissions∆ °co-ords° 19:50, 8 January 2023 (UTC)
- Keep—pretty clearly passes WP:NOTE, and might squeak by WP:CORP. I've made revisions to the article from the previous sources, a new source I found and the two sources provided by AllyD in their comment; see this diff. I've not pulled in any documents arising from their having been a public company for about 8 years yet (from the UK authorities). --User:Ceyockey (talk to me) 23:55, 30 December 2022 (UTC)
- Comment—recent edit "added Clinigen Group acquisition Reuters article and added fate field to infobox". --User:Ceyockey (talk to me) 00:08, 31 December 2022 (UTC)
