Delete. Appointed civil servants don't get an automatic notability pass just for existing, but "he exists" is all that this article actually shows or sources. No prejudice against recreation in the future if somebody can write and properly source something much more substantial about him than this, but this as written just isn't even close to enough. Keep This isn't a run of the mill nominated position holder, he in an officer of the Indian Administrative Service and was the Defence Secretary (India) and Chief Secretary (India) in Tripura.
