Delete: The author appears to be a single-purpose account. Per RickinBaltimore's comment on the AfD for the company article created by the same author, the intent behind this article appears to have been promotional. The subject fails WP:BIO and arguably WP:A7, as the article does not seem to contain a credible claim of significance --Erick Shepherd (talk) 21:12, 7 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]
