Fails WP:GNG. This is basically just a family name: not all names are notable. The clan seems to exist - see here - but I can find no reliable sources that discuss it. Mere existence does not confer notability and redirecting to, say, Naushahro Feroze District is inappropriate because they could be in other districts also.
