There should be a high bar when it comes to spinning off a full article about election reactions. Category:International reactions to elections is mainly populated by countries taking positions on disputed elections such as those in Zimbabwe, Venezuela and Iran, plus sui generis events such as the Brexit and Catalan independence referendums. I can't see how that's the case here. Johnson became the new Conservative leader. Other party leaders opposed that. He became the new prime minister. British allies supported that. This event is so mundane it could be covered in summary style in 2019_Conservative_Party_leadership_election#Domestic_and_international_reaction, which it already is.
