No demonstration of notability. Initial appearance of the page is deceptive, as the majoeirty of the refs are 404 errors, those that actually mention the subject only do so in passing. She (and some colleagues) clearly built something that appears to be a car with foot controls. This all occurred in 2013, and nothing since. • Keep The patent itself isn't notable, and the article definitely needs some work (the patent link is just to the PCT, not even the granted patent, which has since been granted in Japan and abandoned in China and the EU it looks like). Notability instead comes from media coverage, such as www.thenational.ae/business/technology/expect-more-emirati-women-in-engineering-young-uae-inventor-says-1.317487 and www.arabianbusiness.com/lists/391091-2018-arab-women10reem-al-marzouqi.

• Comment I've tidied up the refs a bit and added a couple more, but the artcle needs proper copy editing really. I also found nipc-gulf.blogspot.com/2014/12/reem-al-marzouqi-emirati-inventor.html but figured might not be a suitable reference for the main article.
