No substantial notability. Fastest growing is very easy for a small company, & I usually translate it as "not yet notable" And I tend to regard an article describing the subject as a "serial entrepreneur" to be promotional puffery. delete neither the individual nor the company have significant coverage about them in third party reliably published sources.
