Fails WP:GNG, WP:NPOL, there is no guideline for surveyors but he is no more notable now than he was when this page was deleted following a Jan 2022 PROD. Alexandermcnabb (talk) 11:52, 1 July 2022 (UTC)

- Delete. He's occasionally quoted or interviewed in reliable sources, but that doesn't get us very far notability-wise. He doesn't seem to have received any of the in-depth coverage that WP:BASIC and the GNG require. Unless there's sigcov in Chinese-language sources that I'm missing (and that seems unlikely from what I can tell), Ip isn't notable at this time. Extraordinary Writ (talk) 03:51, 8 July 2022 (UTC)
- Delete per the lack of significant coverage in reliable sources. I conducted several searches for sources about the subject. He was interviewed in several publications. Those sources had quotes from him but had little to no biographical coverage about him. Ryan Ip Man Ki (traditional Chinese: 葉文祺; simplified Chinese: 叶文祺) does not meet Wikipedia:Notability#General notability guideline. Cunard (talk) 11:09, 8 July 2022 (UTC)
