- Delete it is hard to figure out what the article is about. I think it might be some kind of European military equipment standard? Far too detailed to merit an article in a general encyclopedia, and is not titled in our normal way. A better case could be made for S-Series of ILS specifications but that one needs help too, to be written in normal English instead of government contractorish. No need to merge or redirect.
