Clearly promotional. No evidence of passing WP:NCORP. Sources are mostly primary, user-generated or fail verification, and that's after one pass at cleaning them up. News searches show another company of the same name, and then press releases from a few years ago. I'm willing to be convinced, but so far there's not much in its favour.
