The subject does not meet the notability criteria under WP:NACADEMIC and has only served at non-notable institutions and small colleges, further limiting eligibility for inclusion. Yes, there are indications that the subject is active in academic and professional circles (notably in IEEE, academic books, and research journals), the coverage appears limited and mainly technical.
