Wikipedia is not a jargon guide or dictionary. The original University of Toronto story has been mentioned in book sources outside of the Hacker's Dictionary/Jargon File, but likewise only as a dictionary entry 1 2. This is not significant coverage that indicates the information on the social or historical significance of the term required to justify this term having its own article.
