This article describes youth detention centers throughout, only mentioning a psychiatric setting in the last sentence (making that sentence align with the headmeds article above). Was it meant to be a disambiguation of different secure units for children: Youth detention center and psychiatric wards (under "inpatient treatment") in the Psychiatry article?
