• Strong Keep The article in question does not fail WP:GNG at all. According to WP:Actor, an actor is notable if they have "had significant roles in multiple notable films, television shows, stage performances, or other productions." Fedelin had two lead roles in two movies (Wild Little Love and Abandoned), lead roles in two notable TV series (Click Like Share and Huwag Kang Mangamba), and a supporting role in another notable series (Kadenang Ginto). That sounds like "significant roles" in "multiple films and television shows" to me. This information, by the way, is all contained in the current article.
