• Delete. Deputy mayor of a city is not an "inherently" notable role that confers an automatic free pass over WP:NPOL, and the article fails to demonstrate any compelling reason to deem him more special than the norm for that level of significance. Being charged with, but not verifiably convicted of, a crime does not make a person notable under WP:PERP in and of itself, and there's no other indication of his potential significance here beyond documenting that he exists.
