Article marked as delete from 2014 AfD, recreated by original creator in 2017 but still no indication of notability outside regional/personal sources. Once deadlinks removed, only sources on page are affiliated with the org. Potential for speedy delete under G4 as the page has been deleted twice already, once in 2012 and again in 2014.
