Apart from the fact that the title of this article does not match the title given in the lead sentence (which is it??), the article itself makes no claim as to the subject's notability and provides a reference to the journal's own website as one of its two references. Article includes no references to discussion of the subject in multiple reliable independent verifiable secondary sources. This article appears to be one of a series of recently created articles on earth science journals, all of which should probably be scrutinized carefully for notability. A search on the subject results in multiple hits for the journal which are not discussion of it but rather only evidence of its existence.
