Delete - This commercial photographer is at the beginning stages of his career and does not meet our notability requirements for GNG or ARTIST. Any article that has to mention "runner-up" or "honorable mention" "third place" or "most popular" to fill space is stretching it. Maybe in 5 or 10 more years.
