Seems to be a textbook case of WP:BIO1E. Zero in-depth coverage about this person outside of the friendship with the swan. Onel5969 ^{TT me} 12:25, 11 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

• Delete. I don't even know if this is a "one event" kind of thing, or just the feel-good story a few places picked up for their daily animal story that makes you smile. The guy isn't notable and also no source refers to him as "Swan Man." If this in unaccountably kept it should be moved to Recep Mirzan or to 1984 Turkish swan rescue because it's not about the man, it's about the rescue of the swan.
